Bill Gange

Growing up with a flight attendant mother allowing somewhat unlimited travel, Bill has always embraced being on the move. As an Outward Bound student and later an instructor, it steered him into a love for the outdoors and outdoor products. After college and a solid effort as a ski bum, he moved back to the Midwest. He went to work for Granite Gear, Minnesota’s very own Northwoods canoe gear and backpack manufacturer, as a dealer and customer service manager. Next was time with Duluth Pack managing wholesale sales and acting as a store manager and buyer. From there, it’s been over two decades working with great people and products as an independent rep.

Growing up on Lake Michigan, Tif was drawn to the outdoors and the nature areas of urban life. She worked at The North Face store in High School and learned the ropes of the outdoor industry. Tif jumped into HR and worked at the City of Duluth in the HR department. After that, Tif was promoted to work as the Mayor’s Assistant in Duluth, MN. Tif transitioned into the husband-and-wife team at Skyline Sales to help with the growth and brought a balance to the agency. Tif enjoys time with her family the most. Nordic skiing and trail running are what keep her level.
